Education

Bible studies offers adult participants an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Scripture, as a means to experience how God reveals Himself through Scripture, and better understand the Scriptural roots of our faith tradition.  We offer a variety of Bible studies for everyone, so find the one that works best for you and join us:

Mondays, 7:00 PM–8:30 PM (via Zoom) Study from the comfort of your home! Contact Rev. Rich for the Zoom link.

Tuesdays, 7:00 PM–8:00 PM (Church Parlor)

Thursdays, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM (Church Parlor)

All are welcome and encouraged to participate—come connect, grow, and share in fellowship!

The church library is open for everyone’s use. We have a fine selection of best selling fiction and non-fiction, large print books, children’s books, and DVDs.

Books may be signed out for two weeks. DVDs may be borrowed for two days if the librarian is present or the church office is open.

Summer Hours:  Monday & Tuesday 10am-2pm / Wednesday-Friday 10am-noon

Summer Book Store Hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10am-noon

Lakeside UMC library has a computer that can be used by the public (children under supervision of an adult) when the library is staffed by a volunteer.
